This includes Soft skills and an Employability Training program, preparing our trainees to work in our in house workstation, take up internships and join the mainstream workforce. The soft skills are embedded into our domain training and the skills are taught at all levels. Our trainees complete an Employability training module which prepares them for a transition to workspaces and livelihood.
